1. Our rentals are 12 month leases. When our current tenants are ready for a home purchase and they let us represent them as real estate agents, we work with them without lease penalties.
2. On occasion, a seller's home sells quickly without a place to go or, a buyer is having a custom home built and needs interim housing until that dream home is completed. We can help with those temporary housing needs too.
Rentals range in price from $585 to $1,500 a month and feature 2, 3, or 4 Bedrooms. We have ranch, duplex, patio home, two-story and basement homes.
